By accessing or purchasing from Saint Gracèn, you agree to the following terms:

• ORDERING
  All products on Saint Gracèn are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products may be oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and product availability.

• Saint Gracèn may require additional personal information to verify identity. If additional information is needed, we will make multiple attempts to contact you via email and await a response within 48 hours. Orders are subject to cancellation if no response is received within that timeframe.

• SHIPPING
  All packages are processed for shipping within 1–5 business days after your purchase. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Saint Gracèn.We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Saint Gracèn does not offer returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.

• REFUNDS
  All items are final sale. In most cases, refunds are not available. If an item is damaged or misplaced during shipping, this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We ensure that no product is shipped damaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will correct it and offer a refund.

• WARRANTIES
  Saint Gracèn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties.

• DISCLAIMER
  Saint Gracèn is not responsible for service or repairs related to any product. We do not ship defective items.
